HELP!! Picture Formatting

I insert alot of pictures and the majority of them I
would like to be Squared - Centered - Horizontal
Alignment - Centered to Page -

Every picture I have to format picture and do all of
these items. I have changed the Insert picture option to
squared via tools-options-edit. But this doesn't always
stay? I am using Word XP with the latest updates.

Can anyone help me.

There has to be a way to set these as default settings.

You may find life just that little bit easier if you
import all of the pictures first, then select all of them
(ie select one, then hold down the shift key while
selecting the rest), then apply your desired formatting to
the whole lot in one go.
