Help please - Create a new Microsoft Access workgroup information

Get this far in process

Exit Microsoft Access.
Then can not find where the language folder is and have no wrkgadm.exe file
in my hard drive so can not do either of the following:

To start the Workgroup Administrator, open the language folder, and then
double-click Wrkgadm.exe. Alternatively, you can use the MS Access Workgroup
Administrator shortcut in the \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office folder.

Help please

Try C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\1033.

If it's not in there, search your entire hard disk for it.

More recent versions have this built-in to Access. Go to Tools, Security,
Workgroup Administrator.
