help, please!!! Date issue - 'unrecognised function "Date"

Hi there
I have just updated to 2002 and all the queries I had
using the Date() for current date in the criteria now give
me an 'unrecognised function "Date"' error, how do I fix
this, or should I be using something else now to specify
the current date?
