Help please, error in compilation

Hi:

When I start Excel appears a windows indicating a compilation error in a
hide module (mdlXlTrans) ith only the option accept, after, that the program
start and work normaly. When I close it, the same thing, the window and so
on .

Suggestions?
It only happens to me? :-(

I've never head of that module and I don't know what workbook/addin it comes
from...
