Help - Please! - Outlook 2003 - Calendar

I am not able to create a new calendar entry - get a message saying form not
available contact adminstator. Another person's similar post was told to do
a search for frmcache.dat file which I did find (2 files under that name but
with different extensions). However, I am not sure what I am suppose to do
at this point. I really need an answer to this problem and appreciate your
help!!!!

Clear the forms cache using Tools->options->other->advanced->Custom
Forms->Manage. Use the Clear the Forms Cache button.
