Help please !! Shorten length of text line (using HTML).

Tiffany, the neophyte

Shorten length of text line (I'm using HTML word). Need it to wrap after
certain length; currently it runs way to long due to the width of my monitor
screen. I've looked all over in word and in outlook and cannot find where to
stop and wrap the length of the text when writing an email.
