Help please with Filter and Report

I would really appreciate some help with a report that should be simple. I
want to print a report that shows incomplete tasks and filters by resource
name and start and finish date parameters. It should show the resource's name
at the top of the page and display a list of the tasks not completed and that
fall within the date parameter. I have tried basing the report off of the
existing Who does what and when report but, it seems to ignore the date
filter.

Eventually, I would like to print on separate pages all resources that fall
within that date range within incomplete tasks. Is there any way to force
page breaks after each resource's name?

Are you using Project Pro or Project Web Access to create this report?

Thanks for getting back to me. I apologize for not responding sooner. My
first request went unanswered so I had not checked. We are using Project
Professional with out web access,etc. We need to create resource assignment
reports that shows the resource's name at the top of the report and a list of
tasks filtered by a date range. I hope this is clear and appreciate your
help.
