HELP PLEASE- WON"T SEND MAIL

I set up outlook a year and a half ago and it has always
worked fine. This fall I moved back to college, and now
Outlook 2000 won't let me send any mail from the folder.
It always comes back right away saying it was
undeliverable. What can i do????/ Please help and email
me an answer

I just started using Outlook and I HATE it! It will not
send or receive email. Every so often one will go through
but most of the time not. It goes in my outbox. Then a few
seconds later I get an email from system admon, it was
undeliverable. Then a box pops up with: TCP/IP connection
was unexpectedly terminated by your mail server. If this
problem persists please contact your LAN admin or your
ISP. I checked with Verizon they say it's nothing on their
end. They said it was probably my virus scan. They said
turn it off to send mail but that doesn't work either. No
email ever goes if it has an attachment. I am receiving
some email but totally can't send. I am ready to hang it
up already. Everyone wants to blame the other and no one
has an answer. So I spent all this money for puters,
programs and such and it doesn't work anyway. What crappy
service.
