Can anyone tell me how to send an HTML file as an email and not as an email
attatchment? I am producing a club newsletter and would appreciate any
advice.

Paste into email, make sure it's setup as HTML format, not *plain text*, and
not Rich Text either, although I am not sure why that won't work. Sometimes
Rich Text is written as RTF.

Do you happen to know what seetings I should use when gesiging the page so
it willl be viewed correctly on any display resolution?

Sorry for the stupid questions but my background is in desktop publishing,
I'm new to all this web page stuff. Plus I am thinking of doing the page
design in Microsoft Word and then saving it as a web page. Is that ok?

I am no expert here. Just know that you have more than one option when
composing an email message.

I get plenty of email in HTML so it *must* be working.

MS Word lets you save as an HTML Document. But, if it doesn't work out
right, don't blame me.

Try it, see what happens.
