HELP PLEASE

Alright, our website www.archamilton.org is hosted my midphase.com.

I made some changes to the website and now have tried what seems like a
million times to get the website updates.

I go through the publish procedure and yet non of the changes ever show
up. I have tried to clear out my cache, my temporary files and then
upload and still no luck.

I have add several addtional pages to the public policy section, but
none of those are appearing.

What am I missing? I always seem to have some problems updating, but
usually that is attributed to forgetting how, since I do not update all
that often. But now nothing I try works.

I could go to the web site, but I wouldn't know if I was looking at the old
version or the new one. Can you post the HTML from the new version of one
page that you can point to on the site?

Can you publish it using different name.html file. And if you can then can
you over write the old page or not?
