I have a sheet with 2 columns of email addresses set up in it. There is
some overlap in the information held in the 2 columns (I.e. some email
addresses appear in both columns), is there anyway I can get rid the
overlap so the email address only appears once?

Simon,
Use the CountIF function in the third column. Then use the autofilte
to show all the ones with numbers in the third column.

Just delete the ones shown. That's the simplest way
