Help! PowerPoint 2002 Wont Play selected .wav files

[Stuck in Texas!!!]

I am hoping someone can help solve this problem!

I am using Microsoft PP 2002 for XP. I created about 35 .wav files in our
sound studio and am using each one on a different slide. All work except for
2.

For the .wav clips that wont play in PP - I can open Realplayer and they
play fine. When I right click on the sound icon in pp and go to edit sound
object it shows total playing time 0:06 (so I know its "there"). Animation
is set to "0" and "start after previous." If i click on "play sound" nothing
plays.
ahhh!! We have a huge presentation tomorrow and my boss leaves TODAY and is
demanding this problem is fixed!! Help!!
