HELP: Problem after installing Office XP SP3

Hi,


Anybody has similar experience after applying Office XP SP3? :-

For my case, after I applied SP3, every time I launch
Access XP, a window always comes up
stating that it is initializing for setup, gathering
information etc. Without my intervention, it will
continue to launch Access and it is alright then.

The systems were installed with Office XP Professional from
scratch (there were no previous versions of Office
installed in the systems).

Any idea?
