Hoping that someone can help me with a problem that I'm having.
In my standard Email view, I always display a 'created' field as well as a
'received' field. I've always found the created field to be handy when you
drag an item from one folder to another, when sorted, the created field
shows when the item was put in the folder rather than when it was created.
At least, that's how it used to work in previous versions of Outlook! Now
that I'm using Outlook 2003, I notice that the created and received dates
are always the same no matter what I do with the item. What gives? Is
there a way to fix this? What's the point of a created field if it's
identical to the received field?
