Hello,
I recently renamed my domain (yes, I enjoy the punishment), and I just
recently got my SharePoint Server back online with the exception of Project
Server.
I've tried the recommendations of this blogpost:

I've tried to set the site owner, and the administrator in Central Admin
still reflects the old value.
When I try to do the projcreateentity (under my username, an admin), I get
an error:
Command line error: You don't have the required access to perform this action.
I can't get into Project Server at all because my new username
(NewDomain\UserName) isn't registered with Project Server.
How the heck do I fix this?
