I have a document with several text boxes that are various sizes with some information written in them. All together they make up a form. I tried to protect the the boxes themselves from being altered. I succeeded with one box but am unable to protect any more. How do I do this? I want comments entered into the boxes but not the shape or the other information changed. For example one box says TO: (and obviously I want the person filling out the form to put the person who they want it to go to....)

Hi
If you put the Headings in a separate box, either adjacent or above and then put a text field in the cell adjacent or below, then protect the document for Forms the user will only be able to access the text fields and NOT the headings.
Hope this helps.
