help recovering deleted files

Hi,

Due to a crash I had to reinstall Windows 2K. In the process the
folders where my
..pst files were located were overwriten with new files (i did not
format, just reinstalled the OS). Is there any way to recover my old
..pst files? (The reinstall put Outlook 5 back on my machine, but I
have not updated it yet.)

Never mind, I am an idiot. Problem fixed.

If they were overwritten, then the original data is no longer available
unless you had a backup.
