*HELP* Remove senders email address on printed mail

R

Ryan

Got a question i cannot seem to find the answer. When you
send an e-mail to someone in your address book, and copy
same e-mail to yourself, when you print the e-mail the
following appears:

from: "sender ([email protected])"
to: "name in the address book name"

my question is how to get the sender's e-mail address
removed from the e-mail when printing, without having to
copy and paste the message. i need to be able to just
print the e-mail document out and it have just the names,
without the actuall e-mail address. IS THIS EVEN
POSSIBLE, IF SO HOW???????

Thanks for any help possible

Ryan,

What you are running into is that most outgoing email
host servers require an email in a valid format
[email protected] before it will process the message. I
think this is required by OLE:mime standards, but I'm not
sure.

However you can go to:
Tools/Email accounts/Viewchange/

You can't leave your email address blank (the email
option right under your name), but you might trying
changing it to something bogus like:
[email protected]

The problem is, you may not want that to show up in all
the messages you send out, and you would have to change
it back. But for just certain ones where you don't want
your email in the printout, that should work unless your
email host server requires your actual email address to
process your outgoing mail.

Let me know if it works. You can send messages through
my website.
