HELP!! replying in Outlook puts body of message at attachment!!

John McDonald

help!!! We are currently using Outlook 2000. When a user types in an
email message and sends it, everyone that receives his email gets the
email as an attachment rather than seeing it as a simple email message
with the text on the body of the page.

does anyone have any ideas if there's a setting we can change? I've
already gone thru his tools-options settings and could not find
anything there; nor could i find anything in any of the newsgroups.
pls reply. Thanks for all the help!!

John

Under Mail Format, tell it to use Plain Text (not HTML or
Rich text). Also, tell it NOT to use Microsoft Word for
editing email. Work up from there.
