Help Request - Discussion Form Handler

Agent Handyman

Hello,

I recently installed XP Pro w/SP2 and IIS. I used FP '03 to create a simple
User Support site (via FP templates). It has several forms (by default)
which are working. the only problem seems to be with the Discussion Form
Handler. When I try to post a test message (via http, not direct file
access) I simply get a page (basically blank w/"done" in the status bar)
which almost fits the description found on this MS KB article
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/256861/en-us). However, I followed the
resolution instructions and had no luck. I say almost fit the description
because when I view source on the page which results from "post" command, I
do not see a reference to the web-bot component. You can check my "work": at
http://castrovillehandyman.sytes.net/discuss.htm. Support. Please let me
know.... Is this something I did or is it something relating to
IIS/FPSE/ASP, or permissions? Again, from what I can tell, everything else
is working. Many thanks in advance.

Start by deleting what you have now and creating as subweb for the DW
- File new web and select the DW template with a location of say
http://castrovillehandyman.sytes.net/forum
