help saving website to hard drive please

OK, I've figured out how to load my website onto Frontpage so that I can see
all of my folders, finally. I did a computer reinstall and for some reason
my website wasn't saved properly in my documents. Someone suggested adding
"http" to an open commmand, which worked.

Why can't I save this back onto my hard drive? Saving is grayed out and is
not an option. Sorry for being so simple.

you are connected to your site online I think by using that.
if so you need to use FILE>IMPORT
