HELP! script error

there is a script error in my site,(built with FP2000),
and I have been told it is within this string:

<SCRIPT language="JavaScript"><!--
if(MSIE)d_.write(unescape("%2D%2D%3E")+"\n");
// --></SCRIPT>

does anybody see anything in here that looks screwy?

please offer any advise you can
