How big is your DB? Most ISPs have a size limit for attachments. I don't know
what hotmail's is. Try archiving the db to a zip file and send that.

Outlook does the same thing! The only advise I can give you is to try and
zip it and send it that way. It doesn't work in Outlook but it may work in
hotmail. If anything try and contact Microsoft and ask them what the deal is!

Dizzy,

crumble all tables into excel different files then email them and stick them
together at the receiving end as new access tables.

If it's too large, zipping it with a product like WinZip might do it, but
some email setups won't even allow that. There IS a trick, however, that
will fool them all. Try this:

1) Rename the database with a .txt extension
Example: MyDatabase.mdb --> MyDatabase.txt

2) NOW zip this .txt file (if it is large) or simply email it as is.

3) On the other end, all they have to do is rename it back with the.MDB
extension.

NOTE: Changing the extension DOES NOT harm or modify the file in any way!
