help sending mail in outlook 2007

i can't find the "SEND" button in outlook 2007! can find everything else! can
anyone tell me where it is?!?! Thank you in advance. Am beginning to wonder
if I have a defective program!

It won't appear until you open a new message, or reply to an existing one.

And in addition to Mr. Davis's comment, it won't appear there either unless
you've correctly configured a mail account.
