help sending my profile picture with my business card

Is it possible to send my profile along with my business card so that shows
up without the reciepent having to do anything except add the card to his
contacts?

Yes, go to your signature configuration and choose to insert a business
card.

Hi Roady:

I am not sure I was clear enough in my original question... I can easily
send the business card but the contact photo does not go with the business
card. Is there way to automatically have the photo go as part of the
business card?

That would depend on your Outlook version. Outlook 2003 doesn't include it.
Outlook 2007 does.
