Help setting Language in Office 2007 ??

So confused. We have Office 2007 Pro Plus customized in English. Our
office in Lima Peru needs their version in Spanish. I would like to take
what we created and send it to them in Spanish form. But have a question:

1. Can I send them the Office 2007 with Spanish language pack but keep
English language folders for ‘en-us?’ During install it will match the local
language setting in the O/S and pick Spanish for Office 2007, correct?

2. Do I need to change config.xml if I add Spanish? If both languages are
in the same Office install folder, do I need to specify anything extra in
config.xml file?

3. Is there an advantage of using the Multilingual pack vs. the single
language pack I am customizing this setup for Spanish, but we will have to
use German and French at some point.

3. Any benefit if I

What do you think? Thanks!!

I can answer some of your questions.

1. The Spanish language pack will add Spanish language interface as an
option for your users. The "en-us" folders will still be there. The
language pack installer (setup.exe) will be in Spanish. The default language
setting for Office is to "follow Windows language", which means that users
with Spanish Windows will see Spanish Office by default.

3. The advantages are cost-effectiveness and convenience. The
multi-language pack will save you time because it installs all available
languages, while the single language packs must be installed separately. As
for cost-effectiveness, you must compare the single language pack prices
against the multi-language pack price to decide whether or not it makes sense
for you to purchase all languages as a bundle.
