Most of the times I start Outlook I get a failure message stating "Setup
error - Failed to load resources from resources file. Please check your
setup." and nothing else, no link to Where i could find that setup, and What
to look for... Anyone ??? This problem only occurs when running Outlook after
turning the computer on, or restarting it. When I click ok on the failure
message Outlook shuts down immidiately, when I then try to run outlook its
always running prefectly.
Also every once in a while I get another message along with the one
described above. Freely translated into English it says: "irrevocable failure
in the handled MABI-service" I hope that made sense enough for someone with
more knowledge than me to help me solve this issue.
