Help! Sometimes my email goes to the junk mail folder when it is recieved

I've spent hours with this on more than one day, and I can find
absolutely no reason as to why it would sometimes go to the junk email
folder. This is especially bad because I'm applying for jobs. I'm
asking for read receipts and not getting many back. Is there another
email program I can buy that is similar to outlook express? I can't
use the regular outlook because it is already being used by another
email address.

Outlook and outlook Express can have more than one e-mail address attached
to them. I currently recieve e-mail from four different addresses on my
Outlook. Youi have as many as you want.

You can ask for a read receipt but the recipient can set up their system so
that they aren't sent, like mine is. And if the recipient uses a web-based
email program or something like AOL or Juno, you won't get them either.
