Help starting Access

I have installed Access 2003 on my computer. But whenever I try to run it,
it says installing and then vanishes. I can not open the program at all. HELP

Have you tried restarting the machine?

Do you have any other versions of Access on the machine?

Have you tried re-installing/repairing Access?
