1. Upgrade to Outlook 2003 (very good junk mail filter)
2. Purchase a 3rd party spam program for previous verions of Outlook
3. Turn on the Junk Mail and Adult Content filters in versions of Outlook
prior to 2003 (however, the filters leave a lot to be desired).
