i can create a new task in the PWA, from a project that i imported to the
PWA, but when i accept the changes and update all, the Project spooler gives
me an error (0x800A0CC1) and the tasks are not sent!!!!
i really dont know what to do.

When you are creating a task in the plan via PWA, are you logged in as the
same person who is the owner of the plan, or as say a Team Member that has
permissions to create new tasks in the plan?

Then are you logged in as the same person when doing the Update process?

Also are you creating a new task as a subtask or at Top Outline Level?

yes I'm logged in as the same person who created the project, and am trying
to add the tasks but to no success. the thing is when I publish the project
it takes the plan, and the resources but when I click on the project to show
its details in the PWA it does not show anything, it shows me this message

"There is no information to display in this view
Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there is no
information in the project plan to display. "

and I think that's what the error is, but I have no idea how to fix it,
Microsoft suggested on their web site that that might be caused due to lack
of privileges on the ViewDrop folder, so I added the necessary privileges as
they requested, and yet it did not work.
I really need any help you can provide.

i open the project professional on ym machine, select an account from the
project server and enter the user name and password, i start adding new
tasks and resources to the project, the resources are already there in teh
servers resource pool, i then click the "Publish Project on the web" link,
he send the data for processsing right the the spooler gives me the error
message, i check the PWA i see that the project is there, but without any
tasks attached to it, even when i try importing a project the same problem
occures.

Omar:

You are doing this incorrectly. You're creating a non-enterprise project,
which is causing all your errors. If you've created a project outside of the
server environment, such as one stored on your local machine or a file
share, you need to first import this project to the enterprise using Tools >
Enterprise Options > Import Project to Enterprise
