HELP! Task missing on PWA

Something has gone terribly wrong! I published all information and republish
information on a Project that is connected to the PWA/Project Server.

On the PWA under 'Resources', 'View resource Assignment', I click on the
resource that I know has been assigned to this project. One problem though, a
section of the task is missing from the project. It has definitely been
assigned to this person on MS Project but doesn't appear on the view resource
assignment. What is going on here? I'm sure I have done everything correctly!

Hope someone can tell me why this is happening.

This may be a security issue - the information may be there but you dont
have access to it.

Can the team member see the assignment in their timesheet?

Chris,

Hey thanks for replying back so quick. I just checked my resource and they
can see their assignment on their timesheet (Tasks).

I spoke to one of my other administrator and he could not see the tasks on
View resource assignment either. I am an administrator aswell so surely I
have all the pivileges. Perhaps its something I have done on MS Project?

Hi

as administrators you are subject to security rules just the same as the
other users

can you confirm that your administrator group is associated with my
organisation and has the "See Resource Assignments in Assignment Views" ticked

Chris,

Yep I have just checked it and Administrator is in the category My
Organisation and has "See Resource Assignments in Assignment Views" ticked.

Still doesn't work.

Do you have remaining time for the tasks? the tasks wont appear if you have
0 remaining time unless you have "all tasks" rather than "current tasks"
selected.

Had the same issue recently!

Oh Wow! Thanks It works! Lol. I didn't realise you had to click on 'All
assignments'! Guess you learn something everyday!
