When using the Help topics in any of the Office 2000 Professional
applications (Excel, Word, Access, etc.) I have the following problems 1) the
"Additional Resources" at the bottom of the page is missing, and 2) when
clicking on any thumbnail graphic to display "this topic" always results in a
script error. Although the rest of the help topic does appear. I have tried
a number of fixes found here for "application will not open" and none have
worked including dumping all clipboards and re-installing (I have the CD's
and product key). When I went to clear out my windows TEMP file, I found a
file that will not let me delete it "WebPoolFileFile". I appreciate your help.
