HELP transfer archive folders AND contacts from Outlook 2002 to 20

I have an "old" PC with Outlook 2002 and windows XP,
I NEED TO TRANSFER CONTACTS AND EMAIL ARCHIVES to
Outlook 2007 on a new computer with Vista Home Premium.

Can the Bz Contact Manager help with tis? or can ANYONE HELP PLEASE?
