HELP!!! Unable to open all Word documents

I encountered the following errors when i try to open
word documents.

firstly, i will see "The file Normal already exists. Do
you want to replace the existing file?"
And, i clicked "No" and choose cancel when i was prompted
to save in a Save dialog box.

Then i see "Changes have been made that affect the global
template, Normal. Do you want to save those changes?"
And i choose "No". then, the MS Word exits.

Please help me!!! thank you so much!

If you have Norton Anti Virus, open it and disable the Office Plug-in.
