Help URL's no longer function

After my IT dept came and updated our office suite (2000)
along with windows 2k. the links at the top of a help
page, generally "Example, See Also, and Details" appear as
square blocks and no longer function. It seems more
prevalent in MS Access. I would appreciate any help that
is offered.

Hi Jeff,

In Internet Explorer, what is the complete
version number under Help=>About in IE6?

Was the 'cumulative patch' for IE6 installed?

If it is only the 'Show me' and 'definition'
links showing in Help in Office 2000, those
are disabled by Office 2000 updates for a potential
security issue.

Bob,

Thanks for the reply. The IE version # is 6.0.2800.1106CO.
This has the SP1 installed. This was a custom version of
the SP1 that was put on all machines.

Thanks again,
