SYMPTOM
1. Logging on to the windows 2003 server via terminal service (client : XP)
2. run visio 2003
3. save the file in the client's redirected drive
visio internal error 3413 occurred
if saving the file in the server's folder, that's ok.
if logging on as administrator and save the file in the client's,
that's ok.
please help me,
