HELP...Weird Symbol in email message.

I have a user who uses outlook 2003. She occasionally will receives an email
as all weird symbols and no text. If she saves it as .txt on her desktop and
opens it, it is fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several
times, with no luck of fixing the issue . I've checked the settings with
mine, and they are the same. If she forwards the email to me, I can read it
fine. Any ideas ???

I figured it out...It was under the font settings for "when composing and
reading plain text" it was set to some weird symbols...I just changed it to a
different font, veranda I think, and it was fine..If anyone else comes across
this issue, hope this helps..
