Help! Where did BCM go?

Hi,
Last night I closed the BCM file before closing Outlook (along my other .pst
files) in order to back everything up. This morning BCM is not showing up...
no toolbar, no folder in Outlook. I'm trying to find the folder and data file
so I can point Outlook it it. I found MSSmallBusiness.ldf and .mdf, but I get
a warning about trying to open these.

Would someone please let me know what to do?

Never mind.... I found something on the Outlook Help drop down menu that
found the BCM database for me.

Can you remember what it was that you found? I have similar problem.
