Every time I want to change width of the Folder window I move my
cursor to the vertical divider at the right border of that window -
the usual double-side arrow appears briefly and the right vertical
border (of the Folder window) moves slightly to the left - this
without me touching a mouse button!
Hitting the left mouse button has no effect at all.
I have been using OE for years without any problems at all.
Please - any suggestions will be appreciated.
