A challenge..

I am looking for a formula which will do the following

On the attachment Team1

If cell B5 on the Month Overview tab = October then it is automatically
populated into Oct on Year Overview...for all the different agents..

Also as the Month Overview Month will change in Month Overview Tab cell
B5..for example changes to November I would like the previous populated
information from when cell B5 value was October to stay in Oct on Year
Overview.
