Help with a macro to gather information

Our office has a total of 50+ salespeople and we are growing every
day. I am trying to automate getting a certain piece of information
added each month by using a macro. all of the information is stored
in
the 2007 Midyear Zone Reports and I need it to go into the Branch
Productivity Report. Below are the setups of the two worksheets.

Branch Productivity Report (Where the infromation is going) (10
columns, 12 rows of data)

As you can see slpsn aaa has been here the entire year, but slspn ccc
started in March. I need to be able to start slpsn ccc's data on the
march line. Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

There are no blank columns in the data source and the only blank rows
are being used to seperate each salesperson's data. Obviously, this
can be reformatted as needed.

thanks
