Help with Access report -

I have a Customers table that I am trying to pull information from.
When I use the 'Add Existing Fields' to supply the address it pops up
with this:

I know the problem is where its pulling the Address from. When I
select 'Sold To' it displays the same address in both Address fields.
I want a different address for 'Shipped To'. Here is the report:

How do I get each address to relate to the corresponding information?
