I have set up an enterprise resource pool for all projects in my company.
Schedules that use company resources are to be figured at a 30 hour week.
Contractors are at a 40 hour week. I have tried creating two different
project calendars with the appropriate work times and then assigning the
appropriate calender to the correct resource (i.e. company resource = 6 hr.
calender, contractors = 8 hr. calender). This has not worked as project is
still figuring work hours based on an 8 hr. day and then adjusting duration
according to the resource assigned to the task. I have also tried changing
the default work day hours in tools/options but when making the change here,
it is applying the change to all resouces in the project regardless of
resource calender. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
