help with check box coding

I am not very strong with coding, so I am looking for someone to help m
wiht my situation:


i have a form with a list of jobs to be done. The supervisor is t
check off the boxes he wants done (with a checkbox called do). At th
bottom I will have a command button that eliminates all the reords (th
line that has shift, date, initial, job, and length are all in tha
record), so that I only have the records left that contain jobs tha
are checked? Does anyone know how to code this (with a possible if the
statement, I am not sure)
