help with Conditional Formating

Could someone please help

I have a column which contains dates (when contracts expire) I would like
these to change to Red text when they are within 1 month of expiring .. (eg
filed contains date "30 Jan 05" so on the "30 Dec 04" it will turn red and
stay red)

Can anyone please tell me an easy way to acheive this in Excel 2002
