I am trying to do something I have not done in years. I need to build a
query or form that will allow me to automatically fill in the ID's name etc.
I also need the subform to only show the alarms for that person. And I need
to be able to count the alarms for the person and do a calculation based on
a table that contains the information about the cost per alarm based on how
many alarm calls for the year. I am in Access 2003. If needed I can sub real
info with imaginary and post or send the file.
