help with default data for columns on update and Add new in tables

Hi,

I have several tables in an Access 2003 database.

On each one I have 4 columns - 2 for 'created by' user and date and two for
'amended by' user and date.

How do I automatically populate these columns on Add new or Update row with
the NT ID?
