Help with #DIV/O! ...need cell value to come up with answer

When dividing a number by zero (0)

the following error appears #DIV/O! however instead of this I would
like the number 0 to appear.

How can this be done?

I have tried conditional formatting..but cant get it to work..any
suggestions.
