Help with Font formatting

Hi everyone,

I am hoping someone can help me. I am doing a Q & A document in MS
Word that I want to have the answer hidden to my users. I type the
correct answer in as Times New Roman and went ahead and changed my
text as Marlett (which are symbols) and have saved my document. I
close out of the document and re-open the document and want to change
the text back to Times New Roman. All I get are boxes like the text
didn't convert over correctly.

Is this normal or is it a Word bug? Using MS Word 2003 SP3 and Windows
XP.
